Nanopore simulation software

The 'Nanopore Simulation Software' has been designed to solve the time-dependent and steady-state Poisson-Nernst-Planck (PNP) equations in 2 dimensions with axial symmetry. It can therefore be used to determine currents through cylindrical and conical nanopores. The 'Nanopore Simulation Software' is made available under the GNU general public license. The documented MATLAB source code can be found here.
